Over the past few years, our industry position has organically grown to service more plus-sized clients. As we restructured our company, we decided to pivot and focus solely on creating collections in sizes Xl through 4X to better serve our Rue Babes.

Yes, we are! The owner of Rue107 is our founder Marie Jean-Baptiste.

We do not. All of our collections are sold online through our website.

We are currently accepting wholesale orders with select vendors. For wholesale inquiries, please contact us at sales@rue107.com.

On-demand production means we cut and sew the garment after our client places an order. If a style proves popular with our customers, we will proceed to produce them in small quantities for immediate shipping.

PRODUCTS

We try our best to keep all of our pieces as closely as possible to our size chart. Occasionally, an item might run bigger or smaller. In that event, we will reflect this under the product description. To get familiar with our sizing system, you can view our size chart HERE.

Most of our items are made with a knit based fabric and has a good amount of stretch.

We do not offer customization of any kind.

All of our bikini tops have elastic support in addition to shoulder or halter support. Our bikini tops do not have underwires.

ORDERS

To check on your order’s status, please log in to your Rue107 account and click on the order in question. If the items on being made on-demand, please allow 10-14 days for fulfillment.

If you believe there is an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@rue107.com. Also note, errors in your address can potentially prolong the shipment of your order.

We cannot apply a discount code to an order after it is placed, but you can use it on your next order if the code is still valid.

All completed orders receive an automatic order confirmation email. Please check your spam folder and any alternative email address (such as your Paypal email address) that might be associated with the order. If there is an error in your email address’s spelling while placing the order, you will not receive your order confirmation email. If you are 100% sure your order was placed, please send us an email at customercare@rue107.com, and we will look for your order on our end.

In the event you received a damaged Rue107 item, we will swiftly rectify this for you. Please let us know at your earliest convenience at customercare@rue107.com.

We honor order cancellations up to 24 hrs after the order is place.

SHIPPING

Made on-demand items have a delivery window of 10-14 business days, while immediate shipping items ship within 48-72 hours with ground shipping and 24 hrs with express shipping. We specify which method is applicable for each garment under the product description.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours from when your label was created to start seeing movement on your package for ground orders. Please allow 24 hrs from when your shipping label was created to start seeing movement on your package for express orders.

We currently ship with FEDEX and USPS.

Yes, we do.  Please note, we ship to PO Boxes using USPS.

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via the United States Postal Service. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

RETURNS

Rue107 accepts returns within 21 days from the delivery date in exchange for store credit in the form of a Rue107 gift card. Items must be unworn with all tags attached. Sale items are not eligible for returns.

We refund all returns with a store credit in the form of a RUE107 E-Gift Card. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start the return process, please follow the instructions below:

Within 48 hours of receiving your package, we will issue a store credit to your account, and you can use it to place a new order.  Please note original postage costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the new exchange shipping costs unless the order is eligible for free shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee if an item will be in stock for an exchange. We recommend contacting us as quickly as possible to request a return label and shipping your package back ASAP.

RUE107 reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse and reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
Items returned outside of the return window.

Similarly, RUE107 reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Currently, we are unable to provide a return label for International orders. Please follow the steps below to proceed with an international return.
