Return Policy

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Rue107 E-Gift Card. Final sale items cannot be returned for store credit. If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items to receive credit in the form of a Rue107 E-Gift Card, please send your item(s) back to our warehouse in accordance with the following terms:

To start the return process, please follow the instructions below:

  • EMAIL: customercare@rue107.com.
  • SUBJECT LINE: ITEM EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT.
  • BODY OF EMAIL: Full Name and Order Number. Names of items being returned.
  • Complete the return form enclosed in your package.
  • Use the prepaid return label to send the package back to us.

RETURN GUIDELINES:

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return. All returned items must be in original conditions with all Rue107 hang tags and garment tags attached.
  • Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic strip in place. For hygienic reasons, we ask that you try on swimsuits with undergarments on.
  • Rue107 reserves the right to refuse excessive exchanges and store credit returns.
  • A return label will be emailed to the email address associated with your order.
  • Original shipping fees and the return label costs are non-refundable.
  • Please note that your return will be processed within 7 business days of delivery to our warehouse. An email will be sent to notify you the process has been completed.
  • All final sale items will be returned back to the buyer.
  • Return packages must include a completed return request form and original packing slip to ensure processing.
  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our warehouse or corporate office.
